The Community Crisis Center, Inc. (CCC) was initiated by local ministerial and civic groups in 1982 to serve any residents of Reisterstown, Owings Mills or Glyndon who are in need. The CCC was formed with support from multiple local congregations. Although the CCC’s funding base has since expanded, much of the operating costs are still sustained by local businesses and civic organizations.

The Community Crisis Center, Inc. is a Maryland non-profit, IRS approved 501(3)c corporation. It has has been in operation since January of 1982. The Community Crisis Center, Inc. is a member of the ROMG Chamber of Commerce. The Community Crisis Center is not affiliated with any state or local governments and is soley funded by local donations.
